Navegando por tu pagina web me tope con estas consideraciones a evaluar una oferta de trabajo en los US o Canada.
Me parecen muy ciertas todas las consideraciones que mencionas, pero creo que tambien es importante evaluar la situacion familiar, ya que en muchas ocasiones el desempenio que tengas en tu nuevo empleo depende mucho de como se adapta tu familia al nuevo ambiente.
En mi caso yo trabajaba en Mexico, pero decidimos relocalizarnos a Estados Unidos por una oferta que recibio mi esposo. Lamentablemente no he podido encontrar un empleo y eso ha provocado un poco de tension.
Asi es que para que el desempenio sea el optimo, el nuevo empleado debe tener todos los aspectos de su entorno (laboral, familiar, etc) cubiertos.

Tienes razón. Estar de acuerdo con tu pareja es fundamental. También lo es el ponerse de acuerdo en que hacer cuando uno de los dos sigue creciendo y el otro se estanca por apoyar al primero. Si no has logrado encontrar trabajo en Estados Unidos es muy probable que necesites revisar la estrategia que estas siguiendo.
