Fernando Espinosa is a Senior Managing Partner in QualiFind’s executive search practice and the subsidiary executive search firmAgriFind and the outplacement practice – QualiFind Career Transition. Fernando works from QualiFind’s corporate-owned offices in Chula Vista, CA (suburb of San Diego, CA). As a highly experienced executive search consultant, Fernando consistently sets performance records for successfully closing both contingency recruiting assignments as well as retained executive search projects in both the U.S. and Mexico.

Fernando is the first and only credentialed member of The Pinnacle Society from Mexico. Membership in The Pinnacle Society is limited to 75 of the highest performing recruiters and headhunters in North America (Canada, U.S. and Mexico). Membership is attained only by meeting an exceptionally high standard of recruiting production and after a thorough review and approval process by its Board of Directors.

Fernando Espinosa has more than seventeen years of executive search experience in both the commercial and manufacturing (maquiladora) sectors of the U.S. and Mexico market. Prior to joining QualiFind in 2000, Fernando led a Mexico-based contingent executive search practice focused on Mexico’s maquiladora industry. Since becoming a QualiFind partner with Warren Carter, Fernando has led executive search assignments for manufacturing clients from Asia, Europe and the United States solve a variety of recruiting, outplacement, cultural sensitivity and other human resource related issues in their Mexico operations.

To further enhance QualiFind’s ability to provide executive search to their international clients, QualiFind joined the European-based IRC Global Executive Search Partners in 2008. Since becoming affiliated with IRC, QualiFind and AgriFind have led executive search projects in both the U.S. and Mexico for client organizations based in Europe and Asia. In 2009, Fernando was appointed to be the Americas Leader (North and South America) for IRC’s executive search network which includes executive search practices in 11 locations throughout the region.

Fernando has also been instrumental in developing and leading QualiFind and AgriFind’s research staff in Mexico and building the most extensive and information rich databases of talent within the aerospace, agricultural machinery, automotive, banking, consumer products, electronics and medical device sectors of the maquiladora industry as well as food processing, bio-tech/bio-fuels, life science and production sectors of Mexico’s agribusiness market. He has a broad track record of success in sourcing and placing key talent in accounting/finance, engineering, manufacturing operations, general management, human resources, quality assurance, supply chain, sales and IT executives in Mexico.

Fernando Espinosa is fluent in the English, Spanish, Japanese and French languages and has studied in Mexico, Japan and the U.S.. To further enhance his experience as an executive recruiter, he pursued and achieved certification as a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), a Certified Diversity Recruiter, Neurolinguistic Programming and completed the University of California at San Diego’s (UCSD) Human Resource Certificate Program in 2002. Fernando earned a Masters Degree in International Administration from CETYS University and a BA in International Relations from UNAM University in Mexico City.
